Free Physicals This Summer
A message from Complete Family Medicine:
We are happy to announce that we are going to be offering free sports physicals to ALL athletes in Linn County. We will be hosting this event at Brookfield High School in the Mutlimedia Room. This event will be held on July 10th from 9AM-4PM.
Please bring the attached MSHSAA physical form with you.
