Three Players Named to All-State

Three members of the Linn County Mustang Baseball team were named to the Missouri Sports Writers and Sportscasters All-State team in the spring baseball season. Ty Stillwell and Josh Allen were named 2nd Team All-State as pitchers and Jacob Wood was named 2nd Team All-State infielder. Josh Allen and Jacob Wood were also named to the Missouri State High School Baseball Coaches Association All-State team. These three helped lead the Mustangs to a 17 and 5 record and the first conference championship in over 20 years in the 2012-2013 baseball season. The Mustangs have also enjoyed back-to-back District Championships in 2012 and 2013.
